Boot will deliver the £30m industrial unit on behalf of a German pharmaceutical company at the site located close to Junction 30 of the M62.
Subject to securing planning in mid-2021 work is expected to start on site in the second half of 2021.
At the start of this year, contractor ISG bagged a 2m sq ft mega-shed project at the 200-acre site for the Mountpark Group, in what is the biggest shed deal so far this year.
Ed Hutchinson, Managing Director of HBD, said: “This is the latest in a series of deals at Wakefield Hub, which has been very well-received by the market.
“Planning applications are already in the system for a further 2.2m sq ft at the scheme and we look forward to announcing further deals in due course.”
