Summerfield joins from Balfour Beatty where he spent just under a year as Project Director responsible for preconstruction delivery and work winning for the North and Midlands Regional Building business.

Before that Summerfield spent nearly three years at Bouygues as Construction Director at the northern office.

He has delivered a host of high-profile projects including Trafford Townhall, Media City, Manchester and Liverpool Commercial District.

Summerfield will now be overseeing the delivery of Sisk’s projects across Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.
