Montel will start on site by the end of April on the 18 month programme to construct the primary infrastructure, landscaping and associated works on a greenfield site near Cribbs Patchway to pave the way for a new housing development.

The Montel team will form the bulk earthworks of approximately 200,000m3 for the residential and commercial development parcels and install all foul and surface water drainage.

Work will also involve building two kilometres of on-site carriageways and two junctions to the A4018 dual carriageway.

Montel is looking to involve as many local suppliers as possible via a series of virtual meet the buyer events.
