It is one of the biggest developers of new social homes in the UK and forecasts that £540m of work will be placed by its members through to April 2025.
The framework will be split into three main project value lots: up to £4m; £4m-£10m and £10m plus, with firms battling for eight spots on the smaller lots and six places on the major projects panel.
JV North Chairman Wayne Gales, who is also chief executive of Weaver Vale Housing Trust, said: “As a consortium we will be making an ambitious bid to Homes England for grant funding in the £12bn five-year affordable homes programme starting next year.
