Six win North West social housing new build deal

The Liverpool-based housing association Riverside Group has named the six builders it will use to deliver a major new housing programme in the north west.

It plans to build deliver new-build homes in the region as part of its wider aim to create 1,000 homes a year across the UK.

The six will work on new build developments that range from 30 — 300 homes.
