Kelley spent over six years at Imtech and will start as Bailey’s Group Commercial Director next week.

David Hurcomb, chief executive at NG Bailey said: “John brings a wealth of valuable experience and he will play a key role in cementing our position in the sector and maximising opportunities for further sustainable growth.”

Before Imtech, Kelly also held senior commercial leadership roles with Mercury Engineering, Laing O’Rourke Crown House and Wimpey/Tarmac/Carillion.
