Wates is building 41 new homes on the Putney site across seven blocks with work due to be completed in early 2023.
Winchmore has now been confirmed as the main brickwork contractor following a string of successful projects in the area with Wates.
The north London based specialist will work alongside suppliers including ACS Stainless Steel Fixings, CPI Euromix Mortars and Frixos Metalworks.
Winchmore and managing director Tony Yianni are strong supporters of industry training and apprenticeships through its “Lead by Deed” programme.
The company works with colleges across the capital and south east and has already delivered more than 1,000 apprentice working days this year.
Yianni said: “London needs to develop a larger pool of quality bricklayers and we as a company are doing what we can to encourage new recruits and training initiatives.
“Our Lead by Deed programme shows that companies can work in the right way to provide greater insight and opportunity for candidates in our great trade.”
