She joins the business on 21 June from Drax Group, where she was head of sustainable business for nearly four years. Before that she was head of sustainability at Rolls Royce for over five years.
Bullivant will lead a newly-created, dedicated sustainability function and be responsible for the implementation of detailed road maps to deliver ambitious sustainability targets at both European and Australian operations.
These targets include achieving operational net zero by 2030; to be a net zero company before 2050; and achieving 50:50 gender balance across 5,500 global staff by 2033.
