One construction manager posted on LinkedIn: “Looking for new job, unfortunately QIS has gone into administration so new position required.”
And a director added: “So,after 13 years of working for Quinn Infrastructure the journey has finally come to an end. Very much looking forward to the next adventure.”
The firm specialised in building and maintaining electrical, mechanical, fire, fibre, building fabric and ancillary power engineering services for the UK Rail and utilities networks.
It claimed a directly employed workforce of 200 with a head office in the City of London and regional offices in Birmingham and Manchester.
Companies House records shows that long serving managing director Neal Shearwood resigned as a director earlier this year.
Latest accounts for the firm for the year to November 2019 show a pre-tax loss of £5.1m from a turnover of £10.7m.
