Ethan James, London and south east Acting Regional Manager, said: “This is the first time we have offered a framework like this to our region, which has been designed to provide a comprehensive range of high-quality consultancy services across multiple disciplines to the public sector for projects of all sizes. Not only does it meet client need and truly reflect the current market, but it also offers something more.”

“Bidders were evaluated based on scenarios reflecting real life situations that clients would encounter, assessing areas such as customer service, site and procurement risk, flexibility and sensitivity to differing needs, such as EDI matters.”

“In that way we can increase equal opportunity, reduce barriers to entry for smaller businesses, and appoint companies with diverse leadership and workforces that reflect the regions and communities that the framework will serve.”

The framework will run until 10 January 2028.
