Negotiated under a pre-construction service agreement, Graham will design and build a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments for the Crown Works site in Hanley Street.

The seven-storey scheme is being developed by Europa Capital, with Xian Developments as development managers, and will also include two ground floor shops as well a gym, co-working area and private dining and concierge services.

The apartments will benefit from the installation of roof top solar panels and this access to green energy is expected to contribute toward the development achieving an EPC rating of B and a BREEAM Excellent rating for the completed commercial units.

Ronan Hughes, Graham Regional Director – Midlands, said that practical completion of the development due to be reached in Spring 2024.
