The deal is understood to be worth up £300m and is one of the largest design and build schemes Sir Robert McAlpine has ever delivered in London.

The 14-storey scheme to deliver 500,000 sq ft of offices to upper levels with 46,000 sq ft of retail beneath, is the fifth project to be delivered under the Broadgate Framework for British Land and GIC.
