The project designed by architect Hutchinson & Partners for Spaceworks Properties will replace CP House with a part 11, part 13-storey building that could provide enough space for 1600 jobs.
Work could now get underway in September on the two-phase building programme at the 97-107 Uxbridge Road site in the heart of Ealing’s Office Quarter.
The client team includes building services engineer Thornton Reynolds and structural engineer Heyne Tillett Steel. The cost consultants is Gary Gabriel Associates.
