Frameworks specialist Sarah Morton, who previously worked for both Willmott Dixon and BAM, is promoted to become director for the North.
She joined Mace 14 months ago and leads the Managed Frameworks team for Mace Consult.
In her short time with the firm, she grew Mace’s relationship with SCAPE, the Southern Construction Framework and the North West Construction Hub, the Crown Commercial Service and other Consult frameworks.
The new role will see her build stronger relationships in the North developing more of Mace’s sectors and services.
Lucy Namihas, who joined Mace three years ago from Faithfull & Gould, becomes Director for the South West.
Previously she has led teams across the South West and Wales, including the largest new build school in the UK for Cardiff council and the high-end fitout of BT’s new regional hub in Bristol.
Both will be responsible for leading Mace’s regional growth agenda in their respective regions, driving collaboration across Mace Consult’s diverse industry sectors and services to progress Mace’s 2026 business strategy.
Jason Millett, chief executive officer for Consultancy at Mace, said: “Our hubs in the North, South West and Central regions will enable us to capitalise on fantastic new opportunities, further supporting the government’s Levelling Up agenda and deliver vital outcomes to communities nationwide.”
