Among the winning firms, JN Bentley secured spots on all five regional lots, with C Spencer and Dyer & Butler winning four lots apiece.

Mace, Jacobs and Turn & Townsend secured the project and cost management lot, with Jacobs, Mott MacDonald, Ramboll and Binnies securing the design and engineering services lot.
