The council aims to set up two agreements, one covering major building works, which its estimates could be worth £1.2bn, and another for minor works, worth £475m that includes sub-panels for building services, demolition and asbestos removal.

Minor Building Works
Lot 1: £50,000 – £150,000 (total value £300m)
Lot 2: £150,000 – £500,000 (total value £50m)
Lot 3: £500,000 – £800,000 (total value £70m)
Building services
Lot 4: £50,000 – £150,000 (total value £10m)
Lot 5: £150,000 – £800,000 (total value £20m)
Demolition
Lot 6: £50,000 – £800,000 (total value £20m)
Asbestos removal
Lot 7: £50,000 – £800,000 (total value £5m)
