Located close to Tunbridge Wells town centre, the new urban retirement village will comprise three buildings with 89 apartments.

Facilities include a lounge and library, restaurant and bar, function room, guest suite, gym and treatment rooms, as well as landscaped communal gardens.

HG Construction will be self-delivering the MEP on the scheme and will utilise off-site manufactured bathroom pods and utility cupboards, offering efficiency and sustainability benefits.

Construction is expected to complete in Spring 2024.

This is the second scheme that HG is delivering for Elysian Residences. The contractor is already working on a similar scheme in Berkhamsted which will deliver 103 apartments.
