Situated next to the new Brentford FC and London Irish stadium, half the homes will be affordable and include a mix of shared ownership and affordable rented homes.
The plans comprise five buildings of heights up to 18 storeys, and also include a public square, alongside significant investment in local infrastructure improvements.
The joint venture partnership will also provide a range of social benefits for the local area during construction, including investment in significant employment, training and community focussed opportunities.
Hill expectes to complete the project by the end of 2026.
Regional Director for The Hill Group, Cain Peters, said, “We are excited to be embarking on our first joint venture with L&Q. We are focused on adding social value to Brentford and will be working closely with the local community to provide training and jobs. We welcome local residents to make contact if they are interested in pursuing a career in construction.”
