The framework, which will also be open to public contracting authorities within the East of England, will be used to deliver construction and building services needs including mechanical, electrical and plumbing from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2027.

Lot 1 Construction £0 – £1m projects
Lot 2 Construction £750k to £4.5m projects
Lot 3 Construction £4m + projects
Lot 4 Building Services £0 to £250k projects
Lot 5 Building Services £150k to £1.5m projects
Firms have until 20 January to return PQQ’s, with selected contractors invited to submit full bids in mid-February.
