Works are underway to build 321 flats over three blocks ranging in height from 11 to 14 storeys plus 6 townhouses. Once completed in December 2024, Henry will have delivered 965 new homes across all three phases.
The homes at Leaside Lock have been designed with sustainability in mind. Photovoltaic panels will provide affordable and sustainable energy for communal areas, which alongside the combined heat and power system, enables increased energy efficiency and reduced monthly outgoings.
Joe Bonner Director at Henry Construction said: “We have partnered well with the delivery teams at Guinness, Danescroft, Calford Seaden, PRP Architects, Arcadis and Waterman Group to deliver one of the most important regeneration schemes in East London.”
Julian Howarth, Construction Director at The Guinness Partnership said: “We are pleased to be continuing to work with our construction partner Henry Construction in delivering much needed new homes in East London, which will make a huge difference to the community.”
