Valued at £300m, the framework partners will be used to deliver funded projects across the north East in the residential and non residential sectors.

Among the main delivery partners Equans, Esh and Tolent Living secured places.

This will include projects funded by BEIS, Homes England, Sustainable Warmth Competition (Home Upgrade Grant Phase) and Local Authority Delivery scheme (LAD)), Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, and SALIX via the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme and UK Infrastructure Bank.
