The site is an extension to Knowsley Industrial Estate which is currently home to major organisations including Amazon, Matalan and Kammac.

The scheme will provide a total of 157,500 sq ft of logistics space across three units constructed to a BREEAM excellent standard with electric vehicle charging points, air source heat pumps and PV panels.
