The Basingstoke-based association currently oversees almost 60,000 homes across the Home Counties, across to the west of England.

The association is aiming to step up construction setting a target of building around 2,400 homes a year by 2026.

The suite of 16 contractor frameworks will be split around geographical areas within the East and West of England and project size.

This could range from 5 to 500 units, medium-sized one-off schemes, and large, multi-phased developments.

Interested organisations may bid for multiple frameworks, which will start in September and run for two years.
