The three-year contract will start in April 2023 across 760 buy to rent residential units in the 34 and 49 storey towers alongside retail, leisure and amenity space.
Innovative service corridor modules as well as prefabricated utility cupboards will be designed and installed by Kane’s in-house team on the project.
Northern Ireland based Kane previously delivered the £24m MEP work on the Southbank Place project on behalf of Canary Wharf Contractors.
Cathal McMullan, Managing Director, Kane said: “Kane are delighted to have secured this MEP residential scheme on behalf of our client, Canary Wharf Contractors.
“We will utilise our in-house prefabrication expertise to deliver off-site construction solutions on this project.
“Our experienced and innovative project team look forward to working on this central London project”.
