White collar workers at O’Rourke have only been expected in the office three-days-a-week since pandemic restrictions were lifted in 2021.
The original hybrid working model saw staff aiming to spend 60% of their time working in the office and 40% from home.
O’Rourke confirmed to the Enquirer it has now decided to change the split to 80% in the office and 20% from home.
The changes will come into force across the business from April.
