Designed by architect Denton Corker Marshall, the 41-storey tower to be called Parkside will provide 518 flats.
It joins two other projects in the Colliers Yard planned trio, known as Cortland and Bankside.
Renaker’s phase 1 Cortland tower is at fit-out stage and is due to complete in the second half of this year, while work on the second building, the 43-storey Bankside block of 444 flats is in the early stages of construction.
Renaker said that it aimed to start work on Parkside in February 2024, with the build programme extending to four years.
Once completed Renaker’s Greengate trio will provide almost 1,500 homes.
