The MoJ Constructor Services Frameworks could see a potential spend of up to £2.5bn over a five-year duration, with the possibility of £1bn of additional spend should the frameworks across all three value bands be extended for two years.
Projects will include new build, refurbishment, maintenance and minor works and associated services.
