Guinness Partnership and Countryside Partnerships have agreed a joint venture deal to bring forward phase 2 of Signal Park in Tolworth with a development value of £400m.

The partners now hope to start work on site by early-2025 once full planning permission is granted.

Arcadis will act as the partnership’s supervisor on the housing project

Stephen Teagle, chief executive, Countryside Partnerships said: “This is a fantastic scheme to be delivering in collaboration with The Guinness Partnership.

“ This is an exciting opportunity to reinvigorate Tolworth by creating a welcoming, mixed-tenure neighbourhood with an abundance of green spaces and amenities for residents to enjoy for many years to come.” 

Meanwhile in Nottinghamshire, Countryside Partnerships has also just been granted planning by Rushcliffe Borough Council to start work constructing 333 homes at Fairham.

The mixed-tenure developer has signed agreements with emh group and Start Living for affordable and private rented homes on the scheme called Alvaredeus after a local Norma knight.

The scheme will deliver 133 homes for private sale, 100 affordable homes for emh group and 100 private rental homes through Start Living, the single family build-to-rent joint venture between Gatehouse Investment Management and TPG Real Estate Partners.
