Willmott Dixon tipped for £25m leisure centre

Willmott Dixon is close to signing a contract to build a new £25m leisure centre in Leighton Linslade for Central Bedfordshire Council.

The Enquirer understands Willmott Dixon has been given the nod on the deal with an official announcement due in the coming weeks.

A source close to the project said: “It looks like Willmott Dixon are in the box seat for this now and it will be a decent leisure project for them.”

Work on the site will include construction of three new swimming pools alongside a 150-station gym, cycle studio and squash courts.
