Also at the start of May, McAleer & Rushe officially broke ground on the construction of a next-generation build-to-rent neighbourhood in Leith, Edinburgh.
McAleer & Rushe Property has also just gained planning with Vita group for 540-bed purpose-built student accommodation in Birmingham City Centre.
Over the year, cash slipped back to £45m, while the number of staff rose by 3.5% to 372 staff.
