The deal follows Kier’s successful completion of the £97m Heartlands treatment centre last year for UHB.
The contractor will nowplay a lead role in the formulation, development, and implementation of UHB’s estate strategy across its four main hospital sites.

The latest contract award was procured through the P23 Framework.
