The contract award reflects the growing momentum at the £8bn Brent Cross Town scheme, with five buildings underway, equating to some 800 operatives and 100 deliveries on site daily.
At present close to 650 affordable, market sale and build-to-rent homes are currently under construction, along with 662 student rooms in partnership with Fusion Students.
Sheffield Hallam University will also open its first campus outside Yorkshire at Brent Cross Town.
Munnelly Support Services will be responsible for the site-wide management and coordination of the supply chain, including all aspects of traffic and delivery management as well as complete site security.
Chris Dent, construction director at Related Argent, said: “Munnelly Support Services will play an important role at Brent Cross Town managing the perimeter of the construction site and safe movement and coordination within it.
“The construction programme continues to power forward with five buildings currently under construction and the first residential building scheduled to open by the end of 2024.”
The Brent Cross Town development is being delivered in partnership between Related Argent and Barnet Council. It will create 6,700 new homes, 3m sq ft of offices, a high street and schools surrounded by 50 acres of parks and playing fields.
