The six-year deal for Highland Council, Scotland is worth an estimated £35m and will see Alternative Heat provide service, maintenance and biomass fuel supply to 88 sites across the Highlands region.
Alternative will service the contract from its regional Inverness and Glasgow offices and stores.
Over the last 10 years Alternative Heat have designed and installed the biomass heating plant at many of these sites and have held this operation and maintenance contract since September 2017, successfully securing for another term this month.
