Former head of new business and growth at the Thirteen Housing Group, Dr Angela Brockbank,  has been appointed to the new role of Director for the Affordable Homes,

She aims to develop Galliford Try’s offering for the sector, building relationships with affordable housing providers, local authorities and wider stakeholders.

Brockbank, who brings over 20 years’ public sector experience delivering regeneration and affordable housing schemes in the north east, will target work for clients in the mid to high-rise markets.

Ian Jubb, managing director of Galliford Try Building, said: “Affordable housing is an important sector for the future of the economy and one that we believe our business can make a strong contribution towards.
