The appointment is part of a strengthening of its leadership team as £120m turnover Core Highways looks to continue to grow.
Jenny Moten has also joined the company as Regional Managing Director from Cadent Gas where she was Northwest Network Director – overseeing £2.5bn of assets and 1,100 employees.
Prior to this Moten was a Business Director for Amey, leading the delivery of a £2.7bn 25-year PFI programme or Birmingham City Council.
