The £200m project will transform the building to provide 105,637 sq ft of Grade A office workspace.
Construction work includes the demolition of the existing top floor and the incorporation of two new floors and a roof terrace constructed with a state-of-the-art cross-laminated timber structure.
By retaining 86% of the existing building structure, this redevelopment effort will save 4,800 tonnes of CO2e, while diverting 95% of construction waste from landfill.
General Demolition Ltd has completed demolition and enabling works for the initial phase of the redevelopment.
The Ardmore win was highlighted by construction market leads specialist Barbour ABI.
