Last month, the directors laid off around 30 staff as the company restructured amid a fall off in new work.
Workers affected were at all levels from directors down, with some having worked for the business for more than 20 years.
According to Companies House, long-serving managing director Mark Dwyer and HR director Carmen Morton exited the business last month.
The firm was formerly known as Brymor Construction, which went into administration in 2022 when it was acquired by investment company Portchester Equity.
Under new ownership, the business had been targetting revenue of £50m and before the redundancies employed around 70 staff, according to the company.
Brymor is presently working on a major healthcare project worth around £21m in Southampton for Solent NHS Trust called the Western Community Hospital, which it secured under the ownership of Portchester Equity.
