The firm will deliver new projects using a dynamic purchasing system agreement for its development arm Durata Developments.
This will be worth around £200m over a 10-year period, covering Stoke-On-Trent, Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Cheshire.
The work has been split into four lots.
1. Contractors – Up to £5m: Development of smaller schemes typically 3 to 30 properties or small apartment buildings
2. Contractors – Over £5m: Residential development – typically over 30 properties or redevelopment of larger sites
3. Minor works – up to £250,000: Painting and decorating, fixing minor defects, installing fixtures and fittings
4. Section 111 & 278 Technical Approval: Construction work for site highways, pavements and earthworks

Aspire is also looking for firms to sign up to a DPS worth £20m over 10 years covering repairs and maintenance to its existing housing stock.
The plotting structure covers a range of works from civil engineering to drainage and brickwork through to windows repair, roofing, heating and plumbing.
