Sources close to the firm said staff started redundancy consultation late last month but have been “kept in the dark” since them.
Its sister demolition and muck away company Wooldridge Ecotec is also being wound-up.
Documents seen by the Enquirer reveal that creditors will be asked to approve the appointment of liquidators later this month to Wooldridge Ecotec which had a turnover of £14.2m for the year to January 31 2022 generating a pre-tax loss of £550,000.
