Central Bedfordshire Council is leading procurement on the Eastern Highways Alliance Framework 4 deal.
It will cover schemes across 11 local authorities including structural work, surfacing, road works and capital projects.
The four-year framework is divided into lots and firms invited to bid include civil engineers and other highways related professional businesses.

The firms awarded the current Eastern Highways Alliance Framework 3 deal in 2020 were BAM Nuttall, Dyer & Butler Ltd, John Sisk & Son, Eurovia UK Ltd, Galliford Try Infrastructure Ltd, Geoffrey Osborne Ltd, Interserve Construction Ltd, Jackson Civil Engineering Group Ltd and Marlborough Highways.
