The move follows the recent acquisition of earthmoving and demolition waste recycling contractor Mick George Group by Heidelberg last month
Bristol-based B&A employs a team of 70 and specialises in the supply of recycled and primary aggregate as well as site clearance, earthworks, land remediation and sustainable land regeneration.
Last year its had a turnover in excess of £50m making a pre-tax profit of £9.1m.
