Belgravia to convert Birkenhead office block

Developer Belgravia has acquired an office block in Birkenhead and plans to convert the building into 88 apartments.

Belgravia has submitted a planning application for Hordan House with Baker & Morgan lined-up as main contractor for the £11m scheme.

Christopher Howell, CEO at Belgravia said: ‘We are delighted to add Hordan House to our growing residential portfolio.

“We believe Birkenhead has huge potential and we are pleased to be a part of it.”
