They have joined Caddick just over 12 months after it targeted the Midlands construction market following the appointment of Ray O’Sullivan as regional managing director

Currie and Calder will be involved in all aspects of pre-construction and project delivery for the business’ growing £250m pipeline.

Currie’s will focus on operational delivery of Caddick’s high-rise residential development projects around the Midlands and the North, while Calder will cover the region’s broader project base, including commercial, low-rise residential and industrial.

O’Sullivan said: “The Midlands market has responded extremely well to Caddick as a new presence. We have a number of high profile projects on the ground and a healthy pipeline for the coming year.”
