Are you ready to build your career from the ground up? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team here at Torsion Construction. Key responsibilities

Putting safety at the heart of everything you do, you will also have the chance to delve into the exciting responsibilities below:

• Supporting the Site Manager by supervising daily activities
• Assisting in maintaining adequate records of all on-site personnel
• Ensuring that the site remains tidy at all times and maintains the company brand and image
• Making sure that all operatives are fully trained and competent to undertake the role and task allocated to them
• Assisting in the introduction and maintenance of production controls for monitoring, reporting, benchmarking works and improving performance
• Ensuring all on site personnel adhere to the site rules and PPE requirements
• Helping to develop best-practice and innovative methods of construction
• creating an environment for exceptional team performance

What we are looking for:

Organised: you’ll need to bring superb organisation skills, including time management, prioritisation of tasks and self-motivation

An excellent communicator: excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are needed as you’ll work with diverse groups of people.

A team player: You’ll need to be a collaborative individual with a friendly “can do” approach, actively promoting and supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace and with our external stakeholders

Detail Oriented: You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality

Multi-room Experience: we’d love if you had experience with multi-Room projects but this isn’t an essential
