O’Shea brings over 25 years of experience in the property and housing sector.

He joins from Equans, where he served as the business development director for the southern region. Previously, he worked with Mears Group, where he played a crucial role in expanding and diversifying its service offerings.

Charlton joins from Wates Group, where he held the position of pre-construction director for their southern region for the past five years.
