The St Helens-based landlord is inviting firms to bid for a combined £380m building and retrofit framework to deliver its ambitions over the next four years.
The framework has been divided into four key lots”
- Lot 1 – Retrofit Works (Any Project Value) – total spend £75m
- Lot 2 – Development Works £0-£15m – spend £65m
- Lot 3 – Development Works £15m+ – spend £150m
- Lot 4 – Development Works – social return focussed – £65m
