Mellors joins from an international law firm and is a specialist construction lawyer with vast experience in the industry. He has advised clients worldwide on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from contract drafting and negotiation to project delivery, claims and disputes.

He is co-author of FIDIC Contracts: Law and Practice and was on the review panel for the new FIDIC Standard Form contracts.

Mellors will be responsible for further developing the firm’s profile and driving the business forward nationally and internationally.
