The south of England specialist has invested this week in 14 new Hyundai excavators and 2 new Fiat Ducato vans on top of four new vans purchased earlier in the year.
The new Hyundais range from 3 tonne mini diggers to large 14 tonne excavators.
They not only increase fleet capacity and reliability but optimise fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and offer lower operational noise levels.
The investment comes as Woodmace continues to defy the downturn by increasing turnover and staff numbers.
Douglas Oak, Operations Manager, said: “We cannot control external forces that impact upon the business and therefore we focus on what we can influence and control; ourselves and how we operate.
“We continue to look internally to ensure our systems, resource and personnel are not only robust and capable of delivering to a consistently high standard now, but we are committed to continually striving for improvement in all areas of the business into the future.”
