Mansell, Morgan Sindall, Dawnus and Lakehouse all bid and won places on one of the three regional work panels alongside a mix of smaller local firms.
Work will include a variety of general building or planned building maintenance worth up to £1.5m for each project, although the majority of projects will be worth less that £100,000.

The framework will be available to all public sector clients in the counties of Hampshire, Surrey, the Isle of Wight and the adjoining areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and West Sussex.
It will also plug into the Improvement and Efficiency South East (iESE) construction framework.
