The new Green Services Hub planned by the body will build an alliance of lead lawyers, consultants, financial backers, suppliers and installers to deliver green services to housing providers and public service bodies.
The framework is being valued as being worth as much as £700m over four years depending on its uptake by other public sector bodies like the NHS, emergency services and social housing landlords.
Base workloads for the new allinance will come from planned improvements to PfP’s stock of 62,000 homes from Edinburgh to the Isle of Wight and partner housing associations and councils signed up to its Client Professional Services Hub.
